I bought a tyre from The Tyre Warehouse for my Transit minbus. It delaminated at 60mph in busy traffic. Thankfully none of my children were in the van at the time, and there were no injuries. I took the tyre back to show them what had happened, and was very aggressively and extremely rudely told there was no way he fitted the tyre as it wasn't a van tyre, and should never had been fitted to a van. I know where I bought the tyre from, I know who fitted it. The guys ex worker even confirmed that he fitted it. I couldn't argue the facts, as he was getting more and more pushy and loud, and I have a serious heart condition which means I cannot have my blood pressure raised, which this confrontation was already doing. I walked away, it was all I could do. Be warned, the guy keeps no records, is a very rude man, and he couldn't care less about his customers, the people who enable him to pay his bills. He should be avoided at all costs, as one of those costs could well be your life.
