Can’t be bothered service attitude. 26.9.20 sign Said closed until 16:45, came back at 16:50. Girl on desk said we’re closed, pointed at sign that said 17:00, she couldn’t even be bothered to speak to me. I pointed out you’re only been open 15 mins. She was still none responsive. Seriously how rude can you get!!! SO IF YOU’RE not going to engage with customers then don’t bother working in customer facing job I will never ever go back to them Total time wasters

Truly TERRIBLE. Do NOT use this service. In trying to force open my Raymond Weil watch they created gouges in the back, and additional scratches. I've no idea what they did with the watch face, but now there are loose pieces into the front which prevent the hands moving properly.

What Lab were very helpful and found a replacement strap easily. Strap arrived a bit damaged and they were nothing but accommodating. Sent it back and got a new one. I left my watch there for over a month and they called to remind me.

This place is a rip off. Outrageously expensive and the replacement battery they used was either very old or used as it lasted less than a year. The watch has never functioned properly since the change and it was fine before. A lot of the reviews here are pretty bad with the same issues. You’ve been warned stay away from this place!!

Terrible place. Actually i think it borders on the unlawful. Said they would tell me if it was a battery or service issue, and changed batteries and handed it over. 3 days later both watches stopped again. And now they wont give a refund saying sorry if the repairer on the day didnt tell you how the rules worked !!!

Worst place to drop your watches...even for a battery replacement. I dropped my 700 Citizen for a battery replacement and in 5 months time they have damadge the rubber seal, they have lost it and they have broke it.they end up saying i have to pay 195 for a full service after they said with the new battery is not working properly. I decided to take it back and send it to a proper place for battery replacement. When i collect the watch basically it was in pieces...the battery cover was secured with tape and no battery seal. This company is a disaster...

DO NOT use this company. They changed the battery of my watch for 95 and scratched the back of my watch. When i told them about the scratch they said this is normal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I realized other stores do it for 25. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
