I simply cannot praise the Wedding Palace enough! I found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly. They took the time to listen to my ideas of what I wanted and helped me to choose a selection of dresses to try on. The lady that assisted me made the whole experience very fun and enjoyable for me and my bridesmaids. I found the dress of my dreams at a very reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend the Wedding Palace to every Bride-to-be!

Gemma and her team are absolute stars, she catered for me (the groom), 3 groomsmen and my 9 year old boy. All suits matched and were very cool. My missus never saw them until the big day and loved them. We had to change one suit 2 days before the day as a groomsman gaining a pound or two. This was handled with little fuss and the cost was minimal. Thank you so much Gemma. I would recommend the wedding palace to everybody.

Amanda and I were married 9/9/17. Gemma and her team were really great and provided us with everything with their helpful and friendly service. My wife looked amazing in her dress. Any alterations made were done to a high standard and the groom party were all catered for. Gemma and her team made our day very special, a big thank you.

If you're wedding planning, avoid this shop. They left me without bridesmaid dresses four weeks before the wedding They ordered the wrong colour, which I might have been able to come around to, but the alterations were also appauling. The lady that pinned the girls into the dresses was not the seamstress, the seamstress never actually saw the girls so I don't see how she can alter a dress to fit each individual without seeing their shape/body type. The lack of organisation becomes more apparent the longer you spend in the shop. The only saving grace in this shop is Alison, who deals with the suits. Her customer service and skill in measuring for suits was brilliant, can't praise her enough. However, the suits smelled like damp when they arrived, not all the shirts were pressed some still had dirty collars, 3 of the 6 suits were from an older collection and were a slightly different colour to the others and had 3 buttons the sleeves as opposed to the others which had four. All small issues but to someone who believes that this is the most important day of their lives attention to detail is important. I really don't like to be negative leaving a bad review but I would hate for someone to be let down and be as disappointed in the bridesmaid dresses as I was, let alone the bridal gown. Please avoid this shop!

I went in here after Trying on 80 dresses with the ideal dress in mind but Gemma the owner convinced me to try on something totally different and I can honestly say it looked and felt amazing ,fantastic service excellent shop
