Lovely day great atmosphere and a pleasant change. Just popped in for a drink and a chat and ended up having a good laugh. The new owner was very nice and gave me a refill of my coke which was very watery. I didn't make a fuss but he insisted changing my drink. Then gave me some tomatoes and courgettes to take home. Very sweet. I think the new owners will make a success of the Wheatsheaf.

Fantastic local pub! Full of friendly faces and perfect for a cost pint or an outdoor get together! Great selection of drinks and right on the doorstep of the hogsmill after a walk!

Darren and the team .. Always welcoming beer garden at back and great interior inside cool and light on hot day, snug and warm a cold one. Always worth a visit if you not been before .. Good luck to all with the re launch!
