A beautiful pub in old blossom, definitely someone should pay a visit passing by or staying in blossom. The atmosphere inside was amazing even though we went late August on a rainy day. The place is runned by a family and they give their best self to satisfy everyones needs. We had drinks and food and I give extra credits for the ingredients which were fresh (meat and veggies) and for the portions. The owner always with a smile and with a positive vibe to help us with everything we asked. We will go back again on winter since it's close to Manchester to eat for sure and enjoy the great atmosphere once more

What a gem of a pub! We really enjoyed the friendly service with a personal touch, despite it being busy on a Sunday and only two staff serving. As well as the classic Sunday dinner (four choices of meat), there was an interesting and varied specials board, which included a vegetarian option that didn't sound like an afterthought. Our meals, from soup to desserts, were delicious and came in generous portions. Would highly recommend.

Great food and lovely staff. Need to pre book a table and ideally your food as well but they were very accommodating and we had a selection of the Greek dishes. Very tasty and filling. Will definitely be back.

The staff are friendly, the food is really tasty and reasonably priced. A selection of pies, burgers and other grilled specials. They also do some currys and spicy treats. The atmosphere is really pleasant and it's dog friendly. Handy when stopping by after a hike on the hills. Also, a twelve minute walk back to Glossop train station.
