Rude woman on the door, not sure what's up with her but she has a terrible attitude and comes across very stuck up. This is not very welcoming and sets the vibe the second you walk into the store. Terrible, especially when working in a retail/customer service role. Didn't feel welcomed in the shop and felt like I was being watched/judged, possibly due to me being a young male? I left the shop and didn't bother to continue browsing, I'd avoid unless your fit their 'Typical' clientel.

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Sharon I believe the lady’s name is she was very helpful with everything I needed and the quality of the products are amazing would highly recommend taking a trip into the store and I will be returning hoping Sharon will be there to help me

Entered the shop with my girlfriend, wearing a mask, hand sanitised and not much long after I'd finished rubbing the sanitiser in I was accused of putting a bottle of oil in my pocket by the rude, up herself lady manning the door at the time, didn't get her name, I asked if she would like to search me when she had the cheek to double check 'if I was sure I hadn't stolen it' walked straight back out, won't be going back, no apology received.
