I have dealt with Widescreen centre for a large part of Astronomy journey. The light really shone during these strange times about their customer service. It's prompt, courteous and reliable and do their best. I miss their shop in London. When things get better I will pay a visit to their Cambridge operation. But their online service is absolutely superb. I can't speak highly enough. As a result of my recent experiences, they are my first choice for anything related to Astro purchases as they are dealers for most of the big names. You can't go wrong with them.

I had an ongoing problem with the circuit board on my Celestron mount. When the replacement board arrived it didn't match the connections! Elena at The Widescreen Centre persisted in helping me get it sorted out. Brilliant communication too.
