Excellent Company! Supplied n fitted our front door, really pleased with it, we are having them back to fit a new stable door to the rear of our property. Windows will be from this company too as and when funds become available. Extremely helpful owner and staff .... good advice always given. I have often told friends n family about their workmanship. From my encounter sadly disappointed. Initially telephoned 7 weeks ago to enquire about new windows and was asked to send sizes for quotation to be given which I did the next day. After 2 weeks, as I'd heard nothing, I telephoned again to ask if they had received my email with sizes and was told 'yes'. Waited another 4 weeks and having still heard nothing phoned again at which time they asked for further details of who I was and if I could send a photo - which I then sent the same day. It's now almost 4 weeks later and have still had no response so will not contact again and now looking elsewhere.
Great company, lovely staff and a great job done. We will definitely use them again.
