A fantastic team of ladies. Took time to talk with us and from the information received they put together a wig for my 8 year old little lady. It arrived very promptly and was met with delight and satisfaction from their little customer. She said "Mummy it is just like my hair". The follow up and after care from the team has been great. It is clear they enjoy what they do. Keep up the great work ladies and thank you.

The thought of losing my hair from chemo was my worst nightmare but i got in touch with this fantastic team during lockdown & received the most fantastic support from them. I met with Karen who instantly put me at ease & my fears & anxiety disappeared on my 1st visit. I had so much choice it was very difficult but went for the one (pictured) The comments i get are truly amazing at how natural it looks. My hair is now starting to grow but i feel so comfortable with it that I think i will keep hair short & continue with & purchase another (total change next) instead of paying a fortune on colouring etc. I can be ready in 5 minutes, no stress getting hair looking good. Thank you so much from one very happy, satisfied customer. Nothing is too much for this team. Well done on all you have done to provide such a first class service during this horrendous pandemic, I cannot express my thanks enough xx
I contacted the Wonderful Wig Company after the NHS gave me a voucher to use for a wig, as I was told I would lose my hair through chemo. I was introduced to Janet and she was very understanding of my situation. I was completely out of my depth, but Janet was very knowledgeable and immediately made me feel relaxed when trying on wigs similar to my own hairstyle. I explained to Janet that I was getting married soon so I would prefer a real hair wig so it could be styled etc. Janet happened to mention my situation anonymously to a friend, who kindly decided to contribute towards my wig. I was shocked and overwhelmed when Janet told me this, as I couldn't believe the generosity of a complete stranger! Janet and her friend have helped me feel positive about my appearance and I will aways be extremely grateful for their actions. It is great having my wig as an option to wear should I want to feel 'more like me' again. If you ever have any reservations about wearing a wig (like I did), I would say to put your trust in Janet and the team as they truly know what they are doing and are very compassionate to your circumstances. They support you through your most difficult time, even when you are feeling overwhelmed by everything. I cannot thank them enough!
Absolutely fantastic service, so understanding. It took me such a long time to pluck up the courage to make an appointment, and I am so pleased I called these lovely ladies! Really patient in helping me to find the right piece for me, both in terms of the look and my budget. The dedicated space is beautiful and much appreciated, I am so self conscious but felt really comfortable here. I would recommend this hem to anyone thinking about a wig or hairpiece.
I visited Karen for a NHS wig as I have lost all my hair due to chemo. She was very kind and helpful and it made such a difference having a professional hairdresser advise you on which wig suits your face. The pace was unhurried and I got to try on a number of different wigs. Recommended.
I was put in touch with this company through the Little Princess Trust after my 13 year old daughter was diagnosed with leukaemia.. We received the wig 2 weeks later.. The team were very helpful and talked us through each step, and sent videos to explain how to fit the wig and how to care for it My daughter is delighted with her new hair and it has brought happiness in an otherwise difficult situation.
This is a wonderful company! My wig is a very natural human hair wig, I’m really pleased with the quality. What I think is even more wonderful is the staff at this company. I met Nicola in the summer for my first consultation, she was unbelievably kind and has a fantastic knowledge of my condition and the wigs they offer. She was honest and tried out different options for me. She is clearly someone who is very passionate about the company and the work they do for people struggling with hair loss. Recently, it was time for me to get a wig. I met with Karen from the salon. She has been an amazing support for me when deciding on what wig would be suitable for me. She has been available to chat over FaceTime when I’ve struggled. She’s guided me through the whole process and has really put my mind at rest. She’s very professional and has a lovely warm personality. Obviously, having to buy a wig for the first time can be very upsetting, but Karen has made this process so much easier. She’s just a lovely person and she continues to check on me. This has got to be the best customer service I’ve ever received and their products and salon are really well looked after. I can’t thank them enough.
I was put in touch with Beverley and the team via the Little Princess Trust when I was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Being the organisation nut I am I wanted to be prepared for my hair eventually falling out as I’m told with my chemo it definitely will. Beverley and the team have been lovely and supportive and got a stunning wig out to me in a matter of days. I’m still coming to terms with the idea, but I love having the option and I’m grateful for the support the ladies have given me in being able to adjust in my own time. Thank you all! :)
