Handy little gift and book store, great prices , helpful and friendly staff, it's very competitive price wise although it doesn't always have the latest releases , but there's bargains , it's handy when looking for gifts, just a great shame this branch is closing down soon it will be sorely missed

the shop is great I was great by a young women with blond hair and a young gentleman with ginger hair who was very polite and helped me with what I need the only thing what let’s this store down is a male member off staff who is rude and blunt to his colleague I have been in the store multiple times and it always seems to be the same I think it’s appalling and that’s why my rating is so low ! Fantastic customer experience, big thank you to the lovely lady, that recognised me today after leaving my loyalty card by mistake a couple of weeks ago and returning to me. Definitely exceeded all expectations, and to be fair all the staff are usually friendly and helpful, great shop :-)
Very cheap for reading books and colouring books fantastic for the kids.
