Placed an order with these for some items, received no information in regards to dispatch times or anything to say my order had even been received. The phone number given as the seller never once answered calls or responded to messages. As my money had been taken and I had heard nothing since I quickly recovered the money back from PayPal to then receive an email from Therapy Hub claiming my behaviour is odd and strange, great customer service skills. AVOID.
Therapy is one of those few remaining record shops that solely cater for the passionate vinyl enthusiast. The store contains thousands of second hand records and new releases crossing over every imaginable musical genre. What I love most about the shop is getting in amongst the vinyl and getting my hands dirty hunting through the racks - with this comes alot of records you may not like but when you stumble across the hidden gems its great. I am now a regular visitor to the shop and have found music I would never have stumbled across had I not visitied and listened to it in the shop. The added bonus to this purist way of searching for music is the wonderful people that run the shop. The Staff will do anything to satisfy your musical fix, creating a vibe that is more family orientated than the typical business seller mentality.
