Warm Roof Extension. Initial visit to Thermaglaze Showroom was in early January 2020. Following subsequent home visit and agreeing a price we booked for the work to be started in April 2020. This was postponed due to COVID restrictions but work began at the beginning of June 2020. Extension was completed in the timescale we expected. The room is used as a living/dining room and we are really pleased with the quality and finish. We have had two service visits to adjust one door and one window, all arranged easily and without fuss. From initial contact to completion the whole team were excellent. They always arrived when they were expected and were as unobtrusive as they could be, working really hard in some hot weather. The solid roof is great, well worth the money, it keeps the temperature well moderated, also pleased with the underfloor heating. We will be using Thermaglaze when we replace our windows, highly recommend the team.

I have had dealings with Thermoglaze twice in the last couple of years. We had several windows replaced first, and now I have had another window and a beautiful Solidor front door and side windows fitted. Each time I obtain estimates and Thermoglaze beat the others by at least 60 and as much as 300. Their products are first class quality and their fitters are second to none. They advise on progress of the order, the fitters leave everything spotless and are polite and friendly, and above all, we don't pay anything until the job is done. No one else does this.
Excellent service from enquiry to completion. All the staff were helpful cheerful and professional. Quality product and competitively priced. This is the second time that we have had installations by Thermaglaze and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Review, September 18 2020: Thermaglaze have just replaced our drafty 1960's front door, with a NEW Smarts aluminium in antique grey, together with matching frames in porch and downstairs cloakroom. We are thrilled with the results. The two fitters Frazer and Robert were professional, efficient, and made very short work of taking out the old door and frame, and fixing in the new Smart door. It has a very satisfying open and shut movement. It looks and feels solid and very secure. The satin glass really is most effective, allowing light in, but blurring exterior gaze. The overall look of the door and windows together is just a joy to look at! We’ve already noticed a big difference in noise and warmth levels in the porch and ground floor cloakroom since the new door and windows have been fitted. The whole experience from first contact to final installation has, once again, been smooth and efficiently done. We are repeat customers, and will be again in the future. The Smarts products are certainly not the cheapest. But the finish, and durability of existing windows are proof that these doors and windows are built and fitted to last. Thank you.
