I would like to give a big thank you to all the girls at Abbott’s in Watton. I think that at one point or another I have spoken to most of them. They are always cheerful and eager to help. In particular I would like to thank Georgina, Hannah and Janette in holding my hand through what could have been a very stressful experience.

I started the year off in 2020 purchasing through another agent and sadly that fell through but what a breath of fresh air Abbott's were when I found a property with them to offer on. From start to finish they were very helpful and responsive to my queries and helped me complete in just 6 weeks! Nothing was too much trouble and the app was very good at keeping me up to date. At the beginning of our house purchase it was hard to make contact, or know who the correct member of staff to contact in relation to our case, each member would say we needed to speak to someone different (this was probably due to lockdown etc) However once Georgina took on a lead role in our case I couldn't fault her! She was always extremely responsive to our emails and helped chase the sellers solicitor to speed our process up. She was friendly, open and honest and good at explaining things. Thank you Georgina
