Can't thank Steve enough for his help this am. Our forklift charger was not working. One company told us it was the printed circuit board, another told us it was a transformer. Both said we needed a new charger Steve insisted he came and looked first... so see if he could do anything and make sure we were buying the right thing if we needed to replace. He appeared like my fairy godmother an hour later.... fixed it on site and got it working in no time at all. We're stuffed without the use of our forklift. Don't forget wrinkles wisdom and you'll struggle to find anyone more knowledgeable or helpful ! Thank you VERY much :-)
