Asked for a quote, lad came out and couldn't get away quick enough it was like I was taking up his time!!! gave me a cost on the spot from looking from the ground and have never heard from them again, obviously not a whole roof being replaced so couldn't be bothered. Would have been more professional to let the customer know as I wasted over a week.

I can’t praise the company high enough, very prompt at coming to assess job etc. From a personal point of view l was very stressed and was /am going through an extremely difficult time. Due to that I had a few concerns and was able to speak to Nadia who listened and offered a few suggestions re the work. She totally elevated my concerns and Nadia/Thistle roofing when over and above the call of duty, safe to say I’ve never experienced such kindness. Hence, can’t recommend them highly enough. We call Derek and he called out, discussed our requirements made a few suggestions and recommendations. The quote came through a few days later and detailed everything we had discussed. The price was excellent so we went ahead with the work. The team of roofers were fantastic, clean, tidy and made a fantastic job of the roof, and guttering we also had the soffits and pipes replaced. Having used other tradesmen, and not got what we’ve paid for Thistle roofing delivered everything promised. I’d recommend them and when I need my garage roof redone they’ll get the work.

After having issues with leaks for years and still having them after having the house reroofed a year ago and the roofer that carried out the reroofing not accepting responsibility that water was still gaining entry i called derek at thistle and he immediately ascertained the issue and informed me that the roof needed to be stripped and redone and explained the issue and how he would fix it. Within 3 days the guys were on site and stripped the roof back to the joists and explained and showed me the poor work that had been carried out less than a year ago, the work was carried out to a exceptionally high standard and my garden was cleaned at the end of each day's work and now after having years of headaches and worries due to water ingress I can finally sleep easy knowing that the house is now water tight. Finding a decent contractor is difficult these days but for any roofing issues use derek and the guys at thistle as they've given me the peace of mind that I havent had since buying the house
