Went in to get a repair and clean and my son came out with a watch. Bit of an issue getting the strap adjusted as they couldn't do it in store at this time but the assistant made trips to get it done elsewhere so he could wear it. A few hiccups at no fault of the store it was sorted. Amazing staff and couldn't be more helpful. Thank you to both staff members there and we'll be back

Very helpful staff and lovely, well made jewellry. I was buying a ring for my son as a present, the lady helped me to select the correct size even though he wasnt there, a really high level of customer service. I have to say the shop was immaculately presented! A pleasure to shop here.

Recently visited the Milton Keynes store and let me say that the service I received from the person named Dorina was extremely knowledgeable and really helped me find the best set I was looking for to wear on a special occasion. I will definitely visit the store again!
Excellent service, wonderful staff. The jewellery there is so beautiful and the lady that served me was so professional. She was modelling their jewellery and it looked stunning. Her name was Emma and she most certainly promoted the jewellery. I would recommend going to this store to get value for money and excellent service...
