I ordered a wall mounted 6 bottle optic set for my son for Christmas. However I was shocked to received a soft and bashed about box in a black plastic bag with things rattling in it. The box had obviously been torn open previously and crudely repackaged. The screws were all loose in I but luckily all 12 were there. There was absolutely no instructions or details at all in it. I decided to contact the supplier to complain . I was really annoyed at the packaging as for the price it just looked like something I picked up at a car boot sale. Anyway no help just an going arrogant attitude from supplier. What I had hoped for was at least instructions or specifications as it looks so flimsy .
