Nice place but BEWARE of the parking. Unclear signage with regard to which part of the car park you need to pay for. We got a 100 parking fine despite paying for our parking. There was zero mobile phone signal so we failed to call to pay the parking in time. My husband was walking up and down the road trying to get signal to pay the parking but there was zero signal even down the road. We had no cash as due to covid no one accepts cash anymore or gives change. Finally found some change in the car to pay just outside of the free hour. All in all our morning in a pretty place was spoiled as we were desperately trying to pay for our parking. Just want to warn visitors that there is no mobile signal anywhere round the village hall so be careful and bring cash. I do not want anyone else paying an extortionate fine unnecessarily.

Awful parking system, yet another parking charge to catch out the vulnerable people who may not have a smart phone. Shame on you parking people,get that meter sorted. Free parking nearby along the coast road.

Visited for the Sausage Sizzle. Very well attended. Friendly crowd. Good quality meat from Priors and variety of accompanying salads made by the local ladies. Efficient service. Live music. Great location. Good parking facilities. A very good night out
