Best place for Authentic Ayurvedic Treatment in UK . Very knowledgeable , most understanding and friendly staffs. More over a healthy atmosphere too .. I had the same treatment in my comfort zone more professionally from here than I had from Kerala (South India) two years ago . The magic touch of the therapists blew away my ailments . I was totally guided and supported by their therapies for my post lockdown stress and anxiety related issues . Ayurmanthra in Croydon is truly a gem in what they does . A big thanks and salute for all staffs at Ayurmanthra .

I stepped into Ayurmanthra Kerala Ayurvedic Clinic ( which is opposite to Mayday University Hospital in Croydon ) two weeks ago with terrible back pain and shoulder pain. On my first visit they assessed me and offered me a treatment package of ten sessions. Truly speaking , I noticed a dramatic change in my aches & pain after my sixth session of treatment itself . It was like a magic touch . So I am quiet relieved from worries of my health now and luckily can go back to my job within a week No words to say thanks to the therapists and the entire team of Ayurmanthra . First class service .

A treat for myself for something that I have always wanted to try after the lockdown stress . I landed in perfect and amazing place. The full body relaxation massage was amazing . I felt looked after and thoroughly pampered by the therapist. I would definitely recommend and return to try some more of the services . I wish I could give the clinic a ten star rating .

I left Ayurmanthra rejuvenated and restored with a deeper sense of connection with myself. I feel this is the beauty of what an enriching experience in self care can provide. Ayurmanthra provided me this fully. Staff were both welcoming and friendly, suggesting courses of treatment suitable to the needs I expressed. My therapist was informative, professional and provided insights and information I felt able to take away and explore. I greatly valued this and will be returning again to explore the array of treatments offered by all therapists. I have also noticed in the days since my visit how well I have slept. I wish I could give 10 stars for Ayurmanthra in Croydon , The clinic is very clean & welcoming with positive vibes all around and I was warmly greeted by my therapist, He was very attentive to my ailments and I felt very comfortable with him immediately. The massage room was very comfortable and was prepared accordingly to my preference of temperature and scents. During the massage, the therapist communicated extremely well throughout, making adjustments and incorporating my feedback into the treatment. I couldn't be happier with the treatments I've received or the overall experience. I left feeling relieved, relaxed, and blissed . I had 8 treatment sessions in total at Ayurmanthra Ayurvedic Clinic in Croydon Their package offer for treatment therapies are second to none (well worth it ) The staffs are dedicated , knowledgable,caring and amazing. After each treatment session I was given advice on follow up exercises. I had been to many Kerala Ayurveda centres around the world but Ayurmanthra in Croydon stands out amongst the crowd. The therapists have very good knowledge about the human anatomy and physiology After each session I experienced a significant improvement and am now able to move my shoulders and right arm freely. Outstanding experience! The entire treatment process is very holistic and treats body, mind and emotional level. The doctor is very knowledgeable and the therapists are also experienced and trained very well. Highly spiritual and natural environment, very calming to the mind.
