Went into the Aberdeen store on Tuesday the 14th of July, 2nd day of the shopping centre's being open for business and I got James the assistant manager to help me with all my problems, with my contract and mobile phone. He was so patient and extremely helpful I can't praise him enough, he took his time and listened to all my problems and was able to resolve all my issues with my phone and contract. I really appreciate 3 keeping one of their shops open in Aberdeen as I noted that the shop in Union Street is now closed. Nothing beats human contact and having brilliant assistants like James to help .

Poor customer service. Arranged for a device to be delivered to Store, was told would receive a text message when it was delivered..... never happened! I then missed collection so tried to get it sent to my home but no can do, has to go back to warehouse who will keep sending it back to the store.... where I don’t live. What a joke!
