I left Three a VERY HAPPY customer today!! I arrived at the shop to purchase a new phone as my old phone was damaged and I was unable to use it. The assistant manager Shane was very polite, extremely helpful, helped me choose the best phone that suited my needs. He made sure he informed me of all my options before I purchased my phone even after choosing one he still showed me other options before making my final decision. Shane was extremely patient as I had 3 hours plus of his time. He helped me recover all my important data from my old phone and transferred it over to my new phone as the old phone was damaged, I am very grateful for this and cannot thank him enough!!!! He has impeccable knowledge concerning phones and can definitely help you choose the perfect phone for you. I am extremely pleased with my new phone. This experience today was by far the best face to face customer service I have ever received and I would recommend anyone to take a visit when wishing to purchase a new phone.
