Today I went with my husband to Three mobile in town. outside tow more people were waiting in queue. We waited more than 20 minutes, those two people came in and out and we were going to come in. in the meantime a couple came and were invited in front of us even though we should have entered. I asked an employee why and he told me that the couple has been there 30 minutes before, but that they did not wanted to wait and they said they would return. I found this very rude. Where is the notion of standing in queue? To stand in queue means to stand THERE and wait in line, Correct? We left, I didn't need their services anymore. I'm very, disappointed... It's not about my expectations. it's about your employees who don't have common sense and don't know what it means a queue and who don't know how to respect their customers. anyway with this incident I will move to another company

Where the phones are quicker than the staff. Pre Covid-19 you queued and in Covid-19 it's impossible. Do it online it's better, don't blame Weston-super-Mare for closing your service is out of service.

Amelia who served me in the weston store was a wonder. I have to compliment her for her understanding and patience whilst I had 3 children with me. She was helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of my upgrade even if she was on training . I hope that her boss read this and passing on my compliment and thanks

My experience at 3 weston super mare it was 50/50. Darren a big black guy didnt want to help me at all and he was very ignorant at the approach to customers and very useless but a girl call Lizzie help me out when she saw that I couldnt resolve my problem. Thanks Lizzie you are a true professional.

Client service real bad. Slow af. Only one person knows everything and everyone asking questions. C'mon guys start learning so everyone can work not just scroll thru mobile nonstop. Bunch of non professionals.
