Best experience ever from mo the assuatnr manager and natasha the adviser. They where so patient with me dealing with my query. I was so stressed and emotional with the issues I was having with my number and wasn't getting anywhere with customer service but they just made things simple and easy to understand. What a great asset to the company and I will be telling my family and friends to come and visit mo and natasha in barking.

A very poor service received in this store. I went in store for a Upgrade and was served by a young lady. I was given options but some person named Mohammad who intervened whilst I was talking to the young lady advised me he was the manager he was very forceful and provided me a horrible service. I felt like he was just aiming to get the most out of me and not listening to what I required. he was rude and felt that he did not care. Amongst all that I overheard his conversation with other people and he was doing the same as to what was done with me. If this what 3 as a network is about then I will definitely go to another provider who are not providing a horrendous service like I received.
