I bought a phone recently & Kyle was extremely helpful in helping me, I think he is definitely a huge credit to the three store in Hemel Hempstead. I found that the three store in Hemel is very helpful unlike other phone shops that can't be bothered to help their customers & Iwould strongly recommend anyone to buy from the three shop always

I have been with three for 10 years and now i got new job around london and there internet there is bad as it can get, some places 0.20 mbps how can i operate my iPhone with that date. And i have 4/5 month left on my contract so they want to charge me for cancelling my contract which is not my fault, and there costumer service is bad, a part from some ladies they were nice. I don’t recommend three to no one.

The Network Three shop has a good selection of new up to date mobile phones. The staff are helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. The shop is quiet, so it's easy to hear what you need to discuss. I needed a new plan for my phone, the staff were able to answer questions and happy to show me options. They said to come back if I experienced any problems or had any concerns. That was nice.
We went in the store for some assistance, as my friend had a problem with her phone and straight away Kyle came over and politely asked us if we need any help? From the very beginning, Kyle was professional and courteous and within a short time, he knew exactly what the problem was and he fixed it. Kyle exceeded our expectations and went on to provide exceptional customer service and he made us feel valued, thank you Kyle for all your help!!!!
My phone broke this morning so I popped in to this store and Kyle helped me to upgrade for a new phone- samsung galaxy S9 and I can tell you,that the service was outstanding. Very professional.I myself work in customer service for more than 10 years and I can guarantee,that Kyle,is a gem in service industry.Very knowledgeable and attentive,did a discount for me,took his time to explain me everything and helped me out with my old phone and explained how to transfer old data to new my phone,gave suggestions,where to but screen protector and cover with a discount for my new phone as well.People like him really makes a difference in customer service and I really hope you give him a bonus.
Went into shop to upgrade phone, waste of time. Couldnt look at options or bundles so had to go home and upgrade, staff not really interested. No wonder shops are closing down with this level of customer service.
