The staff and management here are amazing and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Contrast that with the terrible outsourced “service” you’ll receive when you call their phone lines or their online chat. Don’t bother with that - just visit the team here. They are fantastic.

The Guys are absolutely lovely and possibly some of the best salesmen I've ever meet. I had the manager helping me out today and he was extremely helpful and I'll definitely be using this store from today onward for any issues I might have.

The worst experience I have had with any customer service and having worked for years in customer service. Every time I asked him something or answered something he told me that we are only arguing without duty.He asked us for proof of our contract when with the phone number they have to know.he was very rude at all times.I do not recommend this storage.I give them 1 because there is no 0

A truly horrific experience. Went to to the Staines Store to get the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip and was told i needed to go to one of the bigger stores such as Kingston. Asked the girl in Staines for a contact number and was given the Kingston store's number to see if they had the phone. Called the store over a three day period 15 times , not once did they pick up . Appalling customer service . Then had no choice but to drive here on a Sunday. We were told by a young lad in a turban that they cannot answer the phone due to Covid ( Yet Staines did as we rang them to see if they had a different number for Kingston ? ) Asked for the phone and was then tried to be sold a package which we did not want including a tablet and being encouraged to go for more GB as the phone wouldn't handle the apps we had ? Blatant upselling . Also took a copy of my wife's passport ???We simply explained we wanted the phone contract we saw online. They then told us we had to go online to do this. A wasted trip. We then bought online and the phone came through . The phone has cannot be used as we have to change our number . We now have to return our phone and will be cancelling with 3 . Awful , horrendous customer service. Avoid them at all costs.
