I am very disappointed with the service of three. I went to Corfu for a holiday and took a bus from sidari to kassiopi where l spent a few hours. When l returned to the UK l received crazy charges. It seemed that it is close to the Albanian border and my phone automatically changed to the stronger broadband!! I didn’t even make a call. Yet received crazy charges for receiving a whatsapp! I spoke to the company who refused to credit my account saying. Ill learn for next time !! I am horrified by this and have heard that this happens to many vacationers. And they were refunded!!! Shame on u Three!!

Very disappointed. Was told some incredible "truths" by a salesman. I enquired if the 11 store deal was the same as the 11 online deal. I was told yes and was very interested. As the details were described I was told the deal would double to 22 after 6 months. I pointed out, online, that the online deal did not do this. They explained it did and I should take up the deal in store. In none of the online contract terms is it stated that the amount payable would double in 12 months.The salesman said I should purchase in store as I couldn't trust the online deal - even though it was with Three it was through a third party and if there was a network problem I would be first to suffer. I explained that they, Three, couldn't discriminate like that. I was told if I wanted to online deal then I should go for it... but I had been warned. So my wife and I went to Starbucks next door both got the online deal. We are now both with Three but my store experience was not a good one.
