Pushy, rude. As blunt as my first two words... First offer was 30 per month more than I pay now As a returning customer that wanted to pay an early upgrade fee you would think the level of customer service would be satisfactory unfortunately not as callum was pushy and did not understand my wants for what I expressed. Disgraceful.

If one is liquid and two is solid then it stands to reason that 3 is Sick. Our visit to three was definitely sick but not in a bad way. More like in the way Flava Flav might use it. (Sick not Bad as Flava Flav would use Bad as Bad meaning good, there fore making ”sick but not in a bad way” a double negative and thus inverting the intended meaning) I was looking for a new phone as I'd had to have mine surgically removed after accidentally sitting on it after I'd had a shower and lit some scented candles. The sales assistant (Neil) was very helpful and said we could come in the back room and look at the special phones. When we got in there though he started to undress and repeatedly said Don't be scared it's only daddy Neil. We were pleasantly surprised when we realised we weren't being assaulted but that Neil had glued numerous smartphones to his body. He proceeded to dance and sing like a robot for what turned out to be hours. The missus and I were so Enchanted the time flew by. Thanks Neil You have reawakened the fire of passion in my frozen heart.

I used to visit the three store in Yate until you wrongfully closed the store down! However when I entered the Cribbs causeway store I was so delighted to see Michelle there who was in the yate store previously. She is by far the best and most genuine salesperson I have every met. The work relationship she has with Phill the manager is lovely to witness, they bounce off each other and make you feel comfortable. I will continue to visit the Cribbs store purely to see them. Three should be very proud to have such genuine employees as the face of their brand.

I visited the three store in the mall and was being served by the blue haired girl and I was looking to upgrade but when I was given prices I was only given prices including the insurance plan I wasn’t given an option without it I did not upgrade in the end and I’m very angry about that!

I had a very uncomfortable experience on the doors of your cribbs store today. I turned up fulling intended to upgrade my personal phone and get myself a tablet for work. However! Miss Lowry had other things in mind. Little miss spent 20 minutes talking absolute nonsense about a phone I did not want. AFTER I explained what I was after on numerous occasions. I left the store empty handed. I returned an hour later after some online research of my own and all I can say is THANK the phone god's for Jey, this lovely young man explained all I needed and has helped me really consider staying with 3 even though I found a better tablet deal elsewhere. This is the ONLY reason I have given your store 4 stars. Thank you so much for your time today Jey.

Adam who served my mum was extremely helpful and sorted everything out for her witch We are very grateful overall a pleasant experience my reasoning for 2 stars is even tho it was a good service that being said Adam was trying to flirt with me and I really did not like it
