Went into the store to get a business SIM but wanted to get the an old personal number (already on 3) moved over to the new business SIM. Agreed believing that the number would be changed over on the same day. All that had to be done was a quick call to the customer service line a few hours later and the number would be moved over. This was completely wrong. Found out that the SIM had to be changed over to a pay as you go SIM and that would take 30 days before the number could be moved over.

I went into the store to get an iphone 12 pro max and i made a payment of 250 deposit and 99 upfront amount. Unfortunately, due to their staff mistake my order was not confirmed and i didn't got my deposit amount refunded and I mailed and called you many times. And I'm attaching you the proof of payment. But i don't know why you guy's was not responding to me. I want to get my deposit amount refund as soon as possible. Orelse I'll file a case in consumer court.
I came to do upgrade for both of my contracts as i have been with three for 7 years and the service i got from taahir was excellent and the store atomospher was brillaint. I recommend you to vist the store. Thanks

I could have given a 4 for their customer service but this is regarding the network. I've been using a mobile broadband for the past 1 month and never ever received more than 1Mbps and struggled to use the WiFi network. I'll never recommend 3 to any of my friends. Totally disappointed.
