I wish there was an option for zero stars to be honest, I have absolutely no idea why this company has almost 5 stars. They are absolutely awful, I would highly recommend going with a different phone provided as I’ve had issue after issue and absolutely awful customer service experience from them.

Really disappointed to find my local store has closed so turned to 3's Cwmbran store for assistance. Very helpful lady assisted me, who talked me through a variety of options and even suggested a way to save some money on my bill. Left feeling really positive with a new phone for my son, and 2 contracts updated. Now paying about 20% less pcm. 5 stars!

Our whole family has left 3 as they are a nightmare to deal with if you need anything sorted , the people on the phone send you to the shop and the shop sends you back to the people on the phone, I give it one star as network coverage is good even if the customer service is not. I will also add that cancelling with 3 is the worst cancellation experience of any company I have ever dealt with which means even if they had the best deals in the world it would still make me think twice about coming back, in the end we had to go to OFCOM, if you want to cancel they put you on hold and ignore your call. If you want an easy to deal with mobile provider, this is not the company you should choose.

Previously I've received good service from this store....today was a different story. They didn't have time to assist me and if I couldn't manage then I could make an appointment! So they can stand around doing nothing but don't have time to help me!
