I've been with Three for years and have upgraded in a number of different stores. The staff at the Guildford branch have been the best that I've experienced. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, I felt that they really listened to my 'needs' and found me a great phone and plan that I'm very pleased with. Highly recommended! Thanks especially to Sam who is delightful, and in particular to James who is exceptional!

Smooth talking salesperson trying to hook the uninitiated but par for the course. One needs to evaluate options in this competitive market but this store does not offer that opportunity.

Vodafone were the worst company i had come across until i met the manager at Guildford Three store. Rude, incompetent, condescending, outrageously discriminating towards mental health and in general not a good reflection of the company. I think you’d be treated better and with more compassion if you were to fly to syria Or try and join isis, than liaise with this vile woman that calls herself the manager, yet has no authority to complete menial tasks. I would rate 0 stars if possible
