I visited the Three Store in Hanley today as I was looking for an upgrade after visiting the EE & O2 store as I was shopping around. I was extremely happy with the service I received by Adam at the Three Store he was alot more personal then the other stores I visited. He asked me lots of questions to help me with my decision. I will be returning as soon as I have decided on the right handset for me

Avoid! I spoke to 3 customer services and was told to visit the store for a sim replacement for my contract phone. I arrived at 5:30pm and there was 2 customers inside the store at the time. After waiting outside at the barrier (no other person in the queue) the customer inside left after 10 mins of me being there. I was then told by Barry that he would be back in 2 minutes to serve me. I was waiting a additional 30 minutes until I told the staff that I had been outside for nearly 45 mins and was told sorry the other staff had gone home!!! This store needs some staff instead of making customers wait an hour in the 1 person queue!!
