The customer experience at the Brentwood store was exemplary. Sanka, especially, and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that my phone was working perfectly before I left the store. My technology skills are severely lacking, however, I was either guided through the the process or this was handled for me. I found the staff to be friendly, professional, knowledgeable in equal portions. Well done and thank you!

Good service
A guy in there, his attitude is just awful, he comes across, rude, comes across as not giving a toss about customer care and just wants to get a sale. Awful experience and the poor girl that is getting trained up by him was so friendly and bubbly, shame I couldn't of just upgraded with her. 2nd time I've been in there this week and he's made me feel pressured and extremely uncomfortable both times....thought I'd get lucky this time and he wouldn't be there...but low and behold I got him again....very unhappy and will be upgrading online now.

Have you got the monopoly on helpful young people working for you. I am 72 years old and often get in a muddle with my mobile. I went in again today and the three young people couldnt have been more helpful patient and respectful. Thank you Sanka. Mary and Sam.
I recently visited the Brentwood store to look at a new phone and I wasn’t ready to buy and to be honest the service I got was amazing and was just out of this world I ended up buying I would like to thank the manager who made my experience even better than expected thanks again guys keep up the good work.
