I went in to change my contract (which I have finished) to a 1 month rolling contract for 3 months, whilst keeping the same phone number, what I thought was a fairly simple request. The (unhelpful) middle aged guy working there kept offering 12 or 24 month contracts, which wouldn't work for me. He then told me they could do a rolling contract, but I had to change my number. I went over the road to O2, who said I could transfer my account, keeping my number and get put on a 1 month contract, which is exactly what I will be doing. I've been with three for some time and now will be moving.

I have 3 contracts under my name. One for myself and one each for my son and daughter. On one they had put down my dob incorrectly but somehow I was always able to pass the security check until recently they told me about it and i had to send in proof of my passport. Like all that time how was I even passing the security checks. When I was sorting out the issue I had 2 of their advisors hang up on me rather than helping me to sort out the issue. Very poor customer service. Not satisfied at all and I'm definitely ending my contracts after they finish.
Took my wife’s phone in because of various problems. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did they get it up and running again but also added some new software for me. They are a real credit to 3
Useless. Staff were polite & helpfull when I upgraded 2 mobiles, but seemed to really struggle doing both upgrades which took them about 1.5 hours to process. Paper contracts produced were correct but only found out later staff had processed them incorrectly when I couldn't set up the new phones & over 1.5 months later still trying to resolve it & have been overcharged. Total shambles.
