I went to the shop whit the intention of change contract I was not sure about which contract with phone choose, I have been with Three over 5 years . The guy instead of give me advice he was annoyed . So I gave up and I went to London were usually the shop assistants make customers feel comfortable I got my phone in London and because I had issue with the buck up I went to Watford again . There was a different guy and he helped me , he has been great ! Completely different from the one I met the first day .

Went in the store and asked staff to compare Samsung A40 with S7 i was told that it cant be compared as one is old and one is new. They didn't what i was looking in store as well. I went to car phone warehouse instead and staff took their time and compared both phone specifications helping me to decide what phone to go with..i think staff are not very knowledgeable overthere
