Great people here whilst waiting had a chat about business/food haha, which made time go quick. Very friendly and aspiring people. Love their customers and their line of work. Very patient with people with little English which impressed me more. Absolutely fantastic great people which made me like 3. Best advice given by these people THANK YOU, DELLA, CRAIG, SOPHIE!!!!

Safe to say I'll never buy a mobile phone off them ever again,somebody called paul held me up for a long time,the Mrs did her shopping and this person still hadn't completed the sale.Then gets the phone box that was sealed then opened it,he should have asked first not just assumed.Fuming because it should have been myself doing this. Also another problem,my sim change,provided my Driving licence somebody called sophie took it and photocopy it with asking. Rudeness en mass in the shop,ask the customers first,they pay your wages three don't pay.Never will I go in there because the staff are useless.you get pestered for getting a contract,how about sod off.

From first call to the store and speaking to Della, whom so very helpful, to coming into the store today, I have had THE BEST customer service I have had in many many years! Coming from this background I know how important this is for any business. I quite honestly cannot praise Megan & Danielle highly enough!! I suggest if there is any way to reward good service then ‘Three’ pls make sure they are rewarded. These ladies were so kind, helping my friend whose husband is terminally ill & registered blind. They went way above and beyond the call of duty to assist us and take the burden off what is a very difficult time. Whatever you do pls hold on tight to staff like this. So good I may swap providers myself!

My visit to three shop today has been amazing Paul was outstanding he went above and beyond to help me, he worked out best deal for me as i wanted sim for my grandson. And set up my dd and advised me of my payment dates, as well as setting up my new phone for me id like to recommend Paul he was very kind and patient a big thank you x

Went to get a contract phone for my wife on 27/06/20 and was told the website they c needed was down. We're both key workers so couldn't just pop in the next day but we arranged to call back a few days later at an agreed time. We got there and the shop was shut but was able to talk to staff and said I'd come back a couple of days later on my day off, which was today. Went today and the phone we wanted was sold out and they couldn't tell me when it would be in again

Paul was so helpful. Was worried with the restrictions but he sorted my 3 app and even showed me how to work the app for my pub so I can order a pint. Brilliant service.
