Would you believe In 2016 I walked in to get a deal on a phone And the nice man in the shop gave me a an additional Internet dongle In 2021 I go onto online banking Looking through my account To great surprise I find they have been charging me 5.50 a month for my free dongle it works out I found this out by stopping the payment Surprise surprise after 2 missed payments they write saying they will sell my debt to debt collectors Then they offer to clear the debt and credit me 30 As it worked out again. I paided the missed payments and is now in the hands of the ombudsman A current problem I was told and a lot of people caught Never will I use these people again So when you are looking for a good deal look for any hidden freebies they will cost you im sure and this company will sell your debt 5 star service Today Tuesday 23 of March 2021 More calls from these people?? I had problems with my phone for several days. My apps weren’t updating and it was difficult to use the phone. I have tried several options but nothing worked. Last Saturday I went to Store Three to seek for an advice. I have spoken to Alfie and Kyle. In the store, all the necessary measures are put in place to keep customers safe. Kyle has looked at my phone with gloves on his hands. He was very friendly and professional, really interested in the problem and resolute to solve it. Finally he has managed to restore my applications and they were downloading. He gave me an explanation about the problem. I’m really grateful for such a high standard service here in Stevenage. Thank you Kyle, you are awsome!
Just the best service I have had! Went in for info on 3 4G sim card - came out with everything I needed and even canceled an Amazon order while in the shop as they had a better deal. So much information on the products they were selling and the best options for me. A service you just can not get on-line Can't rate the service and staff highly enough ... One very happy customer

Absolutely terrible service in this shop. Only want to try and sell you tablets and anything else they can rather than listen to what you are in for. Also coverage is terrible and went back to EE where the signal is much better. Wish I hadn’t been in this shop
