Been with 3 for years and I always use either this shop or the one in town centre. The staff are always super helpful and know what they're talking about. They always try to help you save and not spend money you don't need to by tailoring a plan to your needs.

I bought a new phone at the three store in the St Stephen shopping centre and the staff were very helpful. Then , I went back there because I did not understand very well my new mobile phone, and even though the shop can get very busy in that location, the staff always assisted me patently. I must say that I have a very good experience from all the staff who work at the three shops.

Came in on Saturday afternoon 31st October for a tablet Upgrade, sorry i forgot who served me, a man with Glasses. He Sorted me a great plan and free headphones, and even sorted out my early upgrade on my phone. Great advice on what phone and plan to get. I ended up with the Pixal 5 and a free Google speaker. Very happy with the St Stephens store. Wishing all the staff a safe return after lockdown.

Visited the shop earlier today to check if I was due an upgrade. Mark confirmed I was due one, dealt with a minor issue and then proceeded to sort the upgrade to a phone fairly similar to my old one. The whole process was carried out very professionally and Mark was very helpful in answering my questions. Thanks very much 3.

very very poor , canceld contract , but they said as they did not fully read me cancelection policy it was not done done , three times how magical . further 92 in charges . robbers just robbers call dropped at there end how amazingly coincidental for them
