Daicker is an excellent professional, he resolved my situation in the best possible way. Due to covid rules and delay, Daicker stayed well beyond 5pm to get things sorted, router and phone update. A big deal for me. This guy goes that extra mile. The result: everything is working ok, so I am delighted. Excellent professional, nice guy, extra effort, happy customer. It can't get better than that.
