Very help great staff in the store, I've always been seen by the assistant manager sameh , has always taken his time out to help and sort out any issues I have, i use to go to him in southall store but when i found he moved store i take the time to travel to be seen by him as he is a very helpful individual, you should hire more people like him.

The service is very bad and they are dont help. Nobody cant help so doesnt matter what is bad is bad. Now i need to pay 182 because what i bought it sim card the signal is like 0 and if i want to cancel i need to pay. I will report this for 2 website. And i report the Three service for Ombudsman. The world is ripe for destruction.
