I had a message from 3 telling me my mobile upgrade was due .I decided to use the shop in the White Rose Centre mainly because of parking and wheelchairs access .Parking was not a problem , and entrance to the building is all flat and level .The outer doors are all automatically opened as you approach. Access to the 3 store itself is very easy as there is no “door” , just a wide entrance way into the store. From a disability point of view it’s very easy to manoeuvre a large wheelchair around the display stations and access any of the desks . A downside of a large open doorway meant that all the noise,speakers and tannoys follow you into the store.For someone hard of hearing like myself I found it better to move to the rear of the store so I could hear what was being said . Thanks to Ahmed and Peter I was given a brilliant deal and my upgrade was a walk in the park !! Many thanks to both these guys for their help and guidance through the paperwork . A very enjoyable experience again !

Ahmed/Chippy - Got served by Ahmed/Chippy in store, came in with my mum, never had a contract before, was very helpful and knowledgable, made us feel very comfortable, went through all the different options available and got us the best one - and saved ourselves money - great service, very friendly, chatty, bubbly and polite - would recommend him to anyone! Thanks for everything!

Its the worst phone service I have ever had with a. Mobile phone ,Being an elderly customer. Is very stressful, I get txts from them saying I owe them money when I don’t ,And also saying I owe them for a payment I pay by direct debit,When my contracts end ,,,they will end for good ,I a. Actually going to finish and pay for a contract I am not getting anything out of ,As I have another contract with them for the same phone ,But they didn’t tell me this when I started a new contract with them ,,,,, It’s disgusting that this firm has treated a 81 year old lDy like this

I was dealt with by Peter who was very friendly, professional, nothing too much trouble and very patient with me as I'm not the best when it comes to modern technology. I had a great experience and going forward would always use the 3 store at White Rose in future.

Had a problem with a contract.... had been passed from pillar to post over the phone and ended up being redirected to store, hence the visit. Peter was patient, professional and friendly. He solved the issue .... through a measure of knowledge and ingenuity. It took a while (it was quite complex) and future proofed a journey back to store too. We even got a little online training thrown in. And such a lovely person! Thanks Peter.
