I just visited the Three store in Truro and spoke with your sales rep, Michael and have to say that I just had the most revolting, disgusting experience of my life. I really want to puke . Nobody, but NOBODY wants to hear of the reps personal habits .they are there to provide a Service. Nothing more. He needs a slap across the face and a kick in the balls. And firing. For his disgusting, unhelpful behaviour.
Helpful, knowledgeable but limited range of handsets. Could have been a little sharper on the respective radio performance of some handsets but it may be that everything in the current range is good and about the same so this is not covered in training.
Great staff. Very friendly and helpful indeed. The team there really are a team and provide a really friendly atmosphere. Nothing is pushed on you and they have a wide knowledge of mobile phone technology!

If your looking for mobile with data then three is the only shop you visit, have been with three for many many years now as cant get this level of data for this price with any other mobile company, the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and will do there best to give you the mobile or sim contract that suits you, thanx three keep up the good work
