Recent letter from 3 informing me my SIM only contract has finished and I cannot continue rolling it over, so they want to force me into a new long term contract or go on a new 1 month rolling SIM which results in my monthly bill increasing by 35%. Thanks 3. Great way to treat your long term customers. I have two other contracts with them in my name for family members, so I'm assuming the same thing is going to happen with those... Time to look for a new mobile network provider. Great customer service from 3!

Been into nuneaton shop today with a problem on my phone was really pleased with the way it was treated with Imran really helpful under difficult circumstances. But all resolved and sorted out so one happy customer thank you Imran for your patience and ability to resolve my problem
I have been a loyal customer with three for 15years and quite frankly I am absolutely disgusted with what I heard today. My father went to speak with the manager of the nuneaton three shop about an issue he had with his phone contract and she was very rude and abrupt. Instead of helping to resolve the issue she has caused stress and anxiety! The customer is always right definitely does not apply here but that does not mean that she can pass the blame and be rude!
Had great experience with a blonde lady at this store, believe her name was Emma? She was fantastic. Really helpful and really took the time to sort my deal out and the issues with the second line she sorted straight away compared to the useless call centres which took 2 days just to get passed security!!! Will definitely come back to this store.

Having left Three Mobile and gone to another provider, only to receive very poor service, I decided to return to Three Mobile by calling in the local store. I was met by Sophie, whose approach was very welcoming and informative. I explained my concerns of returning to the network after I left after a complaint. But she really assured me everything would be ok. After 20 Minutes, I was accepted by the network and my phone was sitting in front of me. The process from start to finish was very easy. And Sophie was very nice and helpful. Would not hesitate again to go in store rather than deal with the online staff. Much less stressful. Thanks again Sophie and her colleagues

Absolutely fantastic service from Sophie, nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to help me find the right phone and conract then set all up for me, she was really imfoarmative and knowledgable and made me feel at ease as I wasn't really sure what phone I needed till she assisted. I will definitely use this store again as Sophie and the team made it a great experience
