I love great customer service and that's exactly what I experienced when I visited the store last Sunday. My phone was not working and I needed help processing the insurance claim. Jared and Preston were very welcoming and assured me that I would leave the store with the problem solved, which I did. I visited the store again yesterday where both Jared and Ben helped me transfer everything over to my new phone. I'm very grateful for their patience and assistance. Keep it up!

I went down for a new phone recently and saw Preston he was very polite, was very helpful and made sure he went through most if not all the information I needed and managed to sort me out with a new phone, and change my contract for a lower price
