I came into the store sad because my mob wasn't operating due to lack of menory and I'd learnt my mob doesn't take a memory card. Deborah was VERY understanding n made me an appointment n told me to bring any other problems. I arrived and Deborah was welcoming and began being an absolute genius with my mob. She seemed to know just abt everything to make me happier with my mob. She invited Callum to join us with a query and both of them gave me excellent service, and were extremely helpful and patient yet always professional. Deborah hadn't even had her lunch. I was embarrassed with everything I needed to know yet knew THIS was the place to sort it. I was treated SECOND TO NONE AND VERY VERY HAPPY WITH DEBORAH AND CALLUM. They are a credit to your store and I believe they should have reward and recognition. Thank You for your time. I have been a 3 customer years as has all my family. We love 3.

I ordered a replacement sim,and they couldn't find me on the system after being with them for already 2 years.They put wrong my date of birth nd because if that I had to wait 4 days to go again for my ID check like my date of birth it's gonna change after a week...ridiculous staff,time wasted and money wasted wt contact.
