Kieran was amazing, polite cheery and couldn't do enough. We had nearly an hour's phonecall to upgrade a mobile and were put on hold so many times!!! A much better experience in the Crawley Branch give that man a pay rise Many thanks Jenny.

Hit and miss. Sometimes you have to wait far to long to be seen other times its dead quiet. Not sure if staff work on commission base sells but that is impression I have and puts you off. Nice layout, spacious. Why is it that any sort of upgrade is always a bit more than current package.
