Outstanding Customer Service from Jack when I called in at the Taunton Store today with wi-fi problems on my Huawei router. He was soooo helpful, polite & courteous and spent a considerable time trying to resolve my problem. Many thanks Jack :-)
Jack was very helpful today. We went into Taunton store to change my phone and were very pleased with the service and help we got from him. I also bought a protective case with his help. Will recommend to family and friends.
