Had to get a new phone after my toddler decided to give me old one a bath! With the current situation I was abit nervous to have to go into Hamilton but I was put at ease after seeing Threes strict covid rules instore & how thorough the staff were. The shop is immaculate. Arron who helped me was fantastic, very informative & helpful. I could also see how serious he was also keeping himself, staff & customers safe. Simple & easy to get new phone sorted. Nothing was too much trouble. I'm loving my new phone! Thank you arron & three.
