Some staff need re training ref customer services, not impressed with the attitude today during our visit sorry folks I had to add to this review, let me explain ! The above star rating was posted on Saturday 1-8-20 due to just one member of staff really spoiling it for the other staff due to a very bad attitude. We returned today 2-8-20 to try again ref new phone , this time it was completely different in fairness, the staff were very friendly and professional as they should be, we told the manager what had happened the day before & they were brilliant couldn't do enough for us . So with that in mind I would like to change my star rating from 2 stars to 5 stars , the manager has assured us that the bad experience the day before will be dealt with accordingly

Sadly they didn't help me transfer my phone number over to a newly purchased phone which has cost me a lot of money in paying for an extra contract even though I was only using one phone Spent several hours on the phone trying to get this solved. I was angry and defeated, until I went to the Portsmouth shop who patiently took me through the whole process.

Went in not expecting much. The store itself feels a bit minimalist, but it is actually nicely designed and well laid out. The customer advisers I spoke to were helpful and knowledgeable. The process of setting up three contracts was time consuming as they have old fashioned systems. Nevertheless a good experience and would recommend.
