The go to branch of 3.nothing was to much trouble.some stores just want to sell you something ,not these guys they will listen( witch is rare these days)and get you sorted.
Well, a huge disappoint.....What is wrong with that place?I went in to ask for a sim for my daughter's iphone.Guess what.Harry did not give me one.I ended up with a 20 voucher without the code....After a month of calling Customer service with no result I went back to the store just to face two people who were so rude to me and told me the receipt was one month old and they could not do anything about it...After I threatened them with ombudsman they gave the code to their colleagues from another store....Good,because I was not going to stop until I got some justice.What is wrong with you,people.....

Not a bad review against the branch, they’ve always been helpful when I’ve gone in there. I called the customer service number to change my direct debit details, that was easy enough. I was told that there could be new deals available, I got put through to a gentleman called Mohammed who was talking to me regarding upgrading. He was pushing as hard as he could to get me to take the iPhone 11, I refused and said I wanted the Xs max with the bigger screen. He said why did I want that so I explained that I wanted the bigger screen again and that I wasn’t bothered about having the latest phone. He then proceeded to try and get prices for the smaller Xs, which I said I did not want. I told him I was looking for any deals with no upfront cost, which he remarked “it’s only a one time cost, I’m sure you can afford that with no problem.” I told him that he does not know my personal circumstances so what right does he have to assume and tell me what I can and can’t afford?! He didn’t apologise and Placed me on hold so I hung up. I’ve heard of pushy sales but that was ridiculous. If I’ve told you want I want then that is what I’m asking for. Not sure if I’ll stick around and the end of my contract if this is what I’m going to be faced with when I called up. 3 stars as they were helpful regarding my account details.
Well probably shouldn't say what I really think.... ha ha staff rather unhelpful with a problem I had regarding my phone in which I purchased, I got pushed and pulled from pillar to posted and never got it sorted. Ended up getting charged for a upgrade in which was wiped off and honoured yet as the person had left whom dealt with item had to wait until late paper work related to be found . Seem to think that if you are purchasing there is nothing more staff can do , if got a problem or complaint no one will help. Really would recommend and honestly have now changed to other providers.
