I've been a customer for years and know that I get upgrade discount. However the new person in charge told me to ignore the app and was trying to sell me full new customer tarrifs for my upgrade until I'd had enough and was about to walk which is when she then put my details in and told me my discounted prices. Avoid her if possible

Went in today and got served by this lovely lady by the name Ikraa. It was a general query as i was going to O2, EE & Three to find the best deal (i’m on giffgaff) i told her i wasn’t going to sign up today and she said thats fine took me through the deals & took a genuine interest in serving me wasn’t rushing me or anything. She had a very good working relationship with the 2 gents with i assume are her managers, she was very happy, smiling & giggling which is nice to see because most shops people look like their about to cry Absolute asset & scrolling down she has a few Amazing comments!! Keep up the good work. I’ll be back on Saturday to get the Sim & Wifi. Her customer service was 100% going to the other stores i saw they did not give an interest as soon as i said i wasn’t going to sign up for anything it looked like they immediately switched off but the young lady did not! Amazing customer service never so google reviews but i thought this needed to be said! She must be recognise by her store manager.
